Your details, and how we use them.
This note explains what UL Square collects when you register for a cohort on this website. Last updated: October 2026.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number, email address, age and occupation.
- What you tell us about why you want to improve your public speaking, and situations you find difficult.
- Your preferred call time and, if you are under 18, your parent or guardian's name and phone number.
- How you found the page (for example, Instagram or WhatsApp), if your link included that information.
Why we collect it
Only to contact you personally about the cohort you registered for, to answer your questions, and — if you decide to join — to arrange your place. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.
Where it is stored
Your registration is stored in a private Google Sheet that only UL Square can access. You'll also receive a confirmation email.
Recordings
Cohort sessions and performances are recorded. Recordings are used for your progress comparison and shared with participants after the programme. UL Square will only use your recordings as proof or examples for future cohorts if you have given consent — on the form, on the call, or in writing. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
Under 18
If you are under 18, a parent or guardian takes the call and gives consent on your behalf, including for recordings.
